Politician Artur Palatnyi is a key partner of Kyiv’s ’overseer’ Denys Komarnytskyi, representing mayor Vitaliy Klychko. Notably, Komarnytskyi, whose back office has already been visited by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau as part of a corruption scheme worth 12 million UAH, was constantly in contact with the friend of the city mayor.
